St. Bede girls were led by Macy Zeglis's 29th place at 22:35, followed by Jaelyn Weber 30th 22:39, Aleda Hoogland 34th 22:53, Madelyn Torrance 40th 23:07, and Abbie George 51st 25:28. Girls finished 9th overall. Top 7 advance, 7th place was 5 points away. St. Bede Boys they were led by Henry Orteza's 31st place at 17:49, followed by Miguel Jones 37th at 18:30, Josh Grob 47th 19:13, Greyson Marincic 48th 19:14, and returning to the lineup Danial Dugosh 50th 19:17. The boys were 8th, 18 points away from 7th. Congrats to all runners for a Fantastic Season!

  • Boys Basketball: Conditioning is changed from today to tomorrow. We will meet Wednesday by the gym. bring basketball shoes.

  • First practice for bowling will be Monday, Oct 25 at IV Superbowl right after school 3:00 pm.  Any boys interested in bowling show up at the first practice.

  • ·      In Cross Country the boys and girls teams competed in the RBLW Invite yesterday at Roanoke Park. For the girls Jaelyn Weber was 7th and ran 22:33, Macy Zeglis was 10th at 23:14, Madelyn Torrance was 11th at 23:31, Aleda Hoogland was 13th at 23:38 and Abbie George was 21st at 26:44. For the Boys they were led by Henry Orteza who was 17th at 19:25, Greyson Marincic was 19th at 19:35 and Josh Grob was 29th at 20:34.

  • Tomorrow is a schedule 3 dress code day.  This means jeans may be worn for a minimal $3 donation.  If you choose not to participate you must follow the daily DENNIS dress code.  If you are going to wear jeans it must be jeans – no leggings, shorts or sweatpants.  Jeans must be in good repair no HOLES or RIPS.  A MODEST top will be allowed no half shirts or hoodies.   

  • Service hour opportunity:  The Interact club and Knights of Columbus are looking for volunteers for their Tootsie Roll Drive this upcoming Sunday.  Sign-up sheet is in Mrs. Plankenhorn’s office.

  • In Cross Country yesterday, Boys and Girls team ran in the Panther Invite at Erie Lake Country Club. The boys All Ran PR Times and were led by Miguel Jones's 17:57 20th place. Henry Orteza ran a 19:23 for 44th place, Grayson Marincic ran a 20:17 for 56th place and Josh Grob ran a 21:02 for 68th. For the girls Madelyn Torrance led the lady bruins with a 23:53 for 24th place, Macy Zeglis ran a 24:56 for 35th, Aly Hoogland ran a PR 25:38 for 39th, and Abbie George ran a HUGE PR of 27:22 for 51st.

  • Congratulations to both golf teams on a great season to our TRAC All Conference golfers Jake Delaney 2nd team Brendon Pillion 1st team. And to Jake Delaney for his 9th place finish and qualified for the State Tournament this weekend. Great work everyone.

  • If you have any forms that need turned into the office, please bring them at this time.  We have been more than fair with deadlines on these.  The forms we are looking for are for the freshmen: Birth Certificates, Immunization record and 9th grade physical, dental exam and Signature forms.  Sophomores – Juniors: Signature Forms. Seniors: Meningitis immunization record and Signature forms. Multiple emails have been sent to parents concerning these matters.  If your forms are not turned in by tomorrow, Wednesday October 6 you will be asked to go home until we receive your forms.  You will also be marked as an unexcused absence.  Which means anything you miss will not be allowed to be made up.
