  • Lunch Menu Change for today: Sloppy Joes and homemade chips!

  • Attention golfers: this week the golf room will be open today after school

  • There will be a paid Jeans Day tomorrow. Please bring $3.00 to support the St. Bede Clubs. No hooded or crop-top sweatshirts or tank tops. Jeans must be in good repair with no holes or rips.

  • Thank you to the students, staff and faculty who donated blood or volunteered to work at the St. Bede Blood Drive on February 11th. The drive was a huge success!  Together, we collected 48 units of blood which equates to saving approximately 144 lives!

  • If you are a senior planning to pursue higher education and either donated blood or volunteered, your name will be entered into the drawing for the Red Cross Scholarship, which will take place on Senior Day.  There is another chance to be entered in the drawing.  Mark your calendars -- our next blood drive is on April 29th. If you are interested in volunteering or donating blood, please contact the Development Office or register at RedCrossBlood.org.  

  • The Illinois Valley YMCA is offering Lifeguard Training over Spring Break.  Must be 15 years of age.  Contact Doug Miller at the YMCA for more information. 

  • Scholastic Bowl practice today. Tournament Saturday at Streator, bus leaves at 7am.

  • There is still time to order single stem flowers for Valentine’s Day! You can order and pay outside of the refectory during both lunches today. If you ordered online during yesterday’s e-learning day, you will need to pay for your flowers today otherwise they will not be delivered! Please see Mrs. Theisinger with any questions.

  • Seniors: sign up for your IVCC First-year Counseling & Registration appointment NOW! 25 appointments are being held for SBA students in April. See your email for the link.
