Always remember that everything happens for a reason. It might not make sense now but at the right time it will.

  • Our Donor of the Day is Francis Smith. Mr. Smith is a 1958 graduate and we have been blessed with his kindness and generosity for decades. Please keep Francis in a special prayer of thanks today.

  • Student athletes that are participating in a fall sport: Boys/Girls Golf, Boys/Girls Cross Country, or Girls Tennis are NOT permitted to attend any open gyms or contact days for other sports.

  • Seniors and juniors want to make some money? A friend of Fr. Ronald is looking for someone to do yardwork and painting at his rental homes. If interested, see Fr. Ronald.

  • Outdoor prayer service a week from today. Details to follow.

  • Lectio groups will begin the week of September 28th.

  • Let's remember our hungry sisters and brothers. When the food cart is full, the food will go to the food pantry.

  • Seniors: Your John Baylor study sessions for the week of Sept 14th – 21st are Math: 4A, 4B, 5A, 5B, 6A and 6B. See your email from last week for the full schedule.

  • Seniors: You need to pay for the Oct 6th ACT. Please bring in a check for $59.00 made out to St. Bede Academy. Write ACT on the memo line. Put your check in a sealed envelope with the student first and last name and ACT printed clearly on the front. Put the check in the box by Mr. Hancock’s desk in the PSC. Payment is due Sept 30, 2020.

  • Volunteers needed to help with the Utica Knights of Columbus Tootsie Roll drive this weekend Sept 19th & 20th. Sign up at the Interact Club meeting TODAY right after school in the shelter or see Ms. Bernabei.

  • Looking for a fun and creative activity this fall? If you like creative writing or acting, Saint Bede Academy’s Genesius Project 2020 is for you! We’ll be producing a series of monologues for presentation at Fall Theatre XXIII in November. Enter Google Classroom code jmvpezi for more information, and to fill out a registration form.

  • REMINDER: We had everyone fill out a lunch order form on Friday for the remainder of the month. If you did not order a lunch there will not be one made for you. Once you order a lunch you will be charged, unless you are absent for the day. All orders need to be placed ahead of time, same day orders are no longer being accepted.

  • Softball open practices will be held on Fridays and Mondays at the softball field from 4-5:30 starting tomorrow. Anyone interested in playing can come and practice. Questions, please see Mrs. Griggs.

  • Do you need service hours? Join interact club, we can help! We set up fun group activities to help our community while hanging out with friends. First meeting is this today after school in the shelter. Donuts will be provided!

  • Picture retakes are set for September 24. Order forms are in the office for those of you that did not get to order or get pictures the first time. IF you are doing a “retake” you need to return the current package and they will replace with your new picture. Seniors, I am still working on senior portraits for you.
