IVCC’s College and Career Fair Tues, Oct 10. 6:30-8:pm in the gym. Over 50 college, military and career representatives will be there. See your email for the registration link. Juniors & seniors are encouraged to attend.
The following students should report to the fish bowl at the beginning of period H today for the Notre Dame Univ presentation: Madelyn Dittmar, Victoria Mendez, Tyler Jordan, Phillip Gray, Dominic Fonderoli, Analia Salas, Mina Trandinh, Quinn McClain, Nona Delao, Sammie Wagner and all Honors Econ students.
ALL Sophomores and Juniors will be taking the PSAT-NMSQT tomorrow. Students should bring a fully charged Chromebook, power cord, pen or pencil and a Photo ID. You may bring an approved calculator, snack and drink if you choose. This is a regular Dennis uniform dress day. Testing will begin promptly at 7:50 am. Check your room assignments before you leave school today. If you are not on the room assignment list see Ms. Bernabei asap. Go to bed early and eat a good breakfast so you can perform your best! This test is mandatory. See your email for other important test day details.
Tomorrow: 9th & 12th graders will not be in attendance. 9th graders will be given assignments to work on at home, 12th graders are excused to take a College Visit day.
Congrats to the Boys and Girls Cross Country teams for their performances Monday at the Amboy Columbus Day Invitational. For the Girls Sierah Shaver 122nd and Kennedy Nguyen was 132nd. For the Boys Greyson Marincic was 107th in the Varsity Race and RJ Hermosillo was 35th in the Frosh/Soph race. Next race is Thursday at Baker Lake in Peru against LP.
Congrats to the Volleyball team for their big win over Streator-Woodland! The Bruins take on Marquette Academy at 6:30pm at Midland HS as part of the Tri-County Conference Tournament! Wear your Green and White and let’s Green Out the gym tonight.
