Ships don't sink because of the water around them. Ships sink because of the water that gets in them. Don't let what's happening around you get inside you and weigh you down.

  • Our Donor of the Day is Joseph Kurtz. Mr. Kurtz is a 1961 graduate of St. Bede Academy. We are blessed with his generosity and support to St. Bede. Please keep him in a special prayer of thanks today.

  • Saturday we are going to help with the Habitat for Humanity home build in Ladd. Want to be part of the group? See Fr. Ronald

  • ALL students will be required to turn in their Chromebooks AND chargers on the last day of school before summer break. We will be collecting and labeling them in the PSC as you leave. If you do not turn in a charger it will be assumed you have one at home, and a new one WILL NOT be provided to you at the start of the next school year. If you need to use your Chromebook over the summer for any kind of class pleases see Mr. Harlow BEFORE the last day of school.

  • FINALS SCHEDULE: Friday, May 21: Classes F, G, and H, Monday, May 24: Classes C, D, and E: Both days dismissal at 11:20. Tuesday, May 25: Classes A and B will meet. JUNIORS and ONLY JUNIORS can leave IF your LAST period of the day is your scheduled study hall, not a class you are having a study hall in, MUST be your scheduled study hall. Juniors you also do not have to be in attendance for your E2C classes during finals.

  • Meeting in the gym tonight at 6:00 for all girls who played basketball this year AND are interested in playing next year! Schedule and fundraiser information to be distributed.

  • Everyone interested in golfing next year we will have a brief meeting today in the Golf Room after school.

  • Friday is a schedule 2 dress code. Jeans may be worn free of charge. Jeans must be in good repair, no holes or rips. A modest top, no half shirts or hoodies. If you choose not to wear jeans our daily DENNIS uniform dress code must be followed.

  • WALGREENS in Peru is looking for pharmacy technicians. Go to their website to apply if you are interested.

  • The following students need to return their Driver Ed applications to Mrs. Plankenhorn by tomorrow: Isaiah Hart, Henry Mertel, Elliott Quartucci, Genesis Garcia, Collin Harmon, and Gia Rigazio.

  • The following students need to see Mrs. Mershon NOW: Lea Asani, Daniel Dugosh, Evan Fitzpatrick, and Anthony Taylor.

  • Anyone that is interested in working on the yearbook for this school year, please email Mrs. Griggs. A meeting is planned for Thursday May 27th at 9:00 am. Email for more details.
