  • Our Donor of the Day is: Judge Cyril Watson. Judge Watson is a 1960 graduate and member of the Hall of Fame. He will be celebrating his 60th reunion next year and lives in Chicago. Please keep him in a special “prayer of thanks” today.

  • Sign up sheets on Fr. Ronald's door for: (No school tomorrow or Monday. So, if possible, please sign up today.) Last Supper Club on Wednesday, October 16 to Smitty's in Leonore. Transportation will be provided for those who need it. Holy Fire Youth Assembly for freshmen in Chicago all day Friday, October 18th. Need helpers for Hy-Vee Fill-the-Bus event to benefit the hungry on Saturday the 19th. Service hours will be given. 

  • Auditions for Fall Theatre will be held in the abbey church, Wednesday after school and again at 7 p.m. Also Tuesday after school. See Fr. Dom for more information, or sign up on the Google Classroom, code nov1vf. 

  • Attention Soph & Juniors: Testing room assignments are now post outside guidance. Please check this list TODAY so you know where to go tomorrow. Be in your test room by 7:50 am tomorrow ready to test. Brings several sharpened #2 wooden pencils, a good eraser and a calculator that you are comfortable using. If you need to borrow a calculator, do this TODAY. Extra calculators will not be available in testing rooms tomorrow. 

  • The following Juniors need to report to Guidance today period D: Gunnar Jauch, Maks Sharshekeev, Julia Wang, and Esabell Wei. 

  • The following students need to report to guidance today period E1: Olivia Cisneros, and Yadi Garcia 

  • Congratulations to Payge Pyszka finishing in 4th place this passed Thursday and the entire Girls Golf team on capturing the Regional title great job ladies. 

  • Period B PE will meet in room 111 today, period C PE will meet in room 231 bring study materials. 

  • Both stairwell bathrooms are closed today. All students need to use the bathrooms in the Perino Science Center, the men’s event washroom in the gym basement lobby or the girl’s locker room.

  • The following sophomores need to report to the collaborative room during homeroom today to complete testing registration information with Ms. Bernabei. They will probably be late returning to period B. They will be given a written pass when they return to class: Anna An, Claire Chen, Carleen Chen, Debbie Daluga, Andrew Goddard, Patrick Harmon, Lilly Liu, Susan Liu, Ally Mendoza, Henry Orteza, Pyszka, Payge, Aaron Wang, Josie Zhou, Scott, Alan Zou

  • Ambassador Team 3 meet in Mr. McGunnigals office during homeroom today.
