  • Our Donor of the Day is Thomas Lund. Atty. Thomas Lund is a 1965 graduate and we are blessed with his kindness and generosity for decades. Please keep him in a special prayer of thanks today.

  • Our Donor of the Day is Dr. Christopher Welch. Dr. Welch is a 1978 graduate and was awarded the Alumnus of the Year award in 2018. We are grateful for his generosity and support. Please keep him in a special prayer of thanks today.Thanks to everyone who helped out with Scholastic Bowl last night we could not have done it without you.

  • Practice for scholastic Bowl Wednesday and Thursday after school.

  • The following students need to see Ms. Bernabei today: period B Dominic Bima; period C Esabell Wei, Alyssa Heitz, Julia Wang; period D RJ Talbot, Maddy Theesfeld; period H Marissa Boehm.

  • Juniors interested in the Area Career Center tour please turn in your permission forms to Ms. Bernabei ASAP. If the form is not turned in by Friday this week you will not be allowed to go.

  • Morgan Gray, Kelly Considine and Maddy Banasiak will be attending Rotary this wed at the Uptown. Please dismiss students from class at 11:30. Students remember to stop in the main office before you leave to sign-out and sign-in when you return to school.

  • Any seniors who live in Bureau County and have applied to the Univ of IL in Chicago, Springfield, or Urbana–Champaign see Ms. Bernabei today.

  • Sign up for Last Supper Club. Tomorrow we are going to Thyme Craft Kitchen. It's a new restaurant in Peru. All welcome!

  • Boys' TEC coming up at the end of February. Want more information or an application, see Fr. Ronald

  • Ski trip Monday the 20th, Martin Luther King Day. Cost $44 for lift tickets and $28 for rentals plus transportation. If you have skis, you need not pay rental. Get your name on the list. Names of girls on BKB were taken off because of a game that day.

  • Mia Mazzorana, Amber Meagher, Gunnar Jauch, Ben Johll, and Isabelle Monroe please see Mrs. Plankenhorn sometime today.

  • There was a winter coat left behind at Theatre Fest, it has been returned and is in the office, please come pick it up if it’s yours.

  • Mark your calendars and get ready to get comfy! This Friday, January 17, will be a ‘sweatpants day!’ Come to school in your sweatpants or jeans. No “tight fitting” yoga style pants will be allowed, but you can make that work. All proceeds will go toward the Polar Plunge for Special Olympics.
